If the product you purchased gives you a better pump or tone then you may decide to spend more time in the gym.

    As you can see whether it is success or failure, we are in a cycle. Unfortunately failure is easy. There are thousands of products that with body builders or models promoting them that work. You heard me correctly, from Malibu Pilates to Hip Hop abs to the Bow Flex machine all work. You are going to have to do more then they say, but they do work. What these programs don’t mention is that you have to eat right, sleep right and change the workout routine to avoid falling into a cycle of failure.

I want to share a starter guide with you to help you avoid the time and money that I have wasted over the years. First thing you need is proper sleepy. Dedicate at least six hours a night. Second, don’t eat like an idiot. Drink eight glasses of water a day, look at the nutrition facts before buying food and don’t over eat. Try drinking a big glass of water before meals, that helps me. Finally, start with a simple workout that you can stick to for a long time. A simple routine that shows you results will keep you in the gym.

    1. Temptation Starts With a Thought
    Tempting thoughts cannot be avoided and everyone has them, and while you cannot prevent them from popping up you can keep from acting on them. If you don’t dismiss the tempting thought as soon as they come up (I will show you how at the end of this article) then you move into stage 2.

    2. Temptation Progresses When You Entertain The Thought.
    Entertaining the tempting thought means you allow the tempting thought to stay in your head, you begin to focus on it and the temptation grows. This moves you into stage 3.

    3. In Stage 3 You Start Believing Your Temptation is Valid.
    If you tell yourself over and over again that something is right or justified, then you are likely to start believing it, even if that something is negative and potentially harmful to your health. It is at this stage that you start making up stories about your temptation such as, “One little cookie won’t hurt.” “I can just eat tonight and get back on track tomorrow.”

    There is only one place to go after you begin believing your temptation story and that is the final stage – Stage 4.

    4. In Stage 4 You ACT.

    Lets Face it. Dieting is real hard work. Most of us need to go on a diet sometime but most of us never get round to it mainly because it is usually such hard work. And for all this hard work the results that we get are usually not good and mostly temporary at best. If we could find a really effective diet then maybe it would be worthwhile.

    We have all seen people struggling on perpetual diets living a life of misery and never seeing any real benefit. They seem to have resigned themselves to this torturous lifestyle and exist in it until it has become their normal life pattern. That is probably why many of us definitely don’t want to go on a diet. Why subject yourself to all that misery. Much better to be fat and happy don’t you think.

    That is ok until some major health issue takes hold and is more threatening because of our overweight condition. The doctor says lose weight so where do we start. This is something we have been avoiding all our lives but it has now caught up with us and is effecting our health. Time to find a really effective diet and get stuck into it. Where do we start.

    The big problem here is that there is literally thousands of diets and diet programs out there all proclaiming to be the best and the only one for us. How do we choose. There is one method I use quite effectively to make a better choice. If we have access to the diet companies sales figures we can see what other people are buying. It stands to reason that if people find a really effective diet plan out there they are going to tell their friends and they in turn will buy the system.

    Then we need to look at the returns for all these sales. By law now each company must have a return system in place for customers that bought but were not happy. Surly it stands to reason that a company with very low returns must be selling a product that customers are happy with. If they are selling a really effective diet system then it must be productive and effective if the customers are happy with it.

    But in this research I found a bonus. A diet company with lots of sales and zero returns. What does that tell us. Bingo, we have hit the jackpot. A company that has no returns must be selling a really effective diet plan that all it’s customers are happy with. In fact if the returns are zero the customers must be more than happy because you know how fickle customers can be.
